Charly received a Master in Business Administration from the University of Würzburg. After six years being the head of Marketing and Sales at alpha getriebebau GmbH and the set up of an extremely successful worldwide distribution system, he became CEO of the company. In 2001 he joined Wittenstein AG (electromechanical drive solutions) as Executive Vice President and from 2006 he was appointed to CEO.
In 2016 he left Wittenstein to establish SCHWARZ CONSULT with the consultancy focus in Leadership, Internationalisation, Sales& Marketing, Industry 4.0, Corporate Succession Planning & Execution, M&A incl. PMI.
He is also working in various Supervisory Boards and Advisory Boards. In his spare time he helps start ups to find the right business model and setup for an upscale of business.
After studying economics, linguistics and literature, Johannes went on a one-way trip to London and landed a job at one of Facebook’s first three API partners. After relocating to Hamburg he started his own consulting business. Father of two girls.
Birgitte is a Danish national and lawyer specialized in international tax and corporate law. For the past 20 years, Birgitte has served as a board member of several multinational companies. Throughout her career, Birgitte has assisted clients with tax and estate planning issues and the administration of substantial estates and corporate structures on a global scale. Since 2008, Birgitte has lived and worked in Monaco using the Principality as a hub for providing consultancy services to families and businesses around the world.
